How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your order number, if available
We may ask for additional information to locate your order or understand your experience, but you are not required to complete the training before requesting a refund.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is approved and processed:
- Your access to The YouTube Growth Action System™ through ProductDyno will be revoked.
- Your license to use the program materials will end.
- You must stop using and delete any downloaded copies of the refunded program materials.
- You may not redistribute, resell, share, or continue using the refunded materials.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.
Requests After 14 Days
We generally do not provide voluntary refunds after the 14-day guarantee expires. However, we will review issues involving incorrect charges, duplicate purchases, missing access, defective content, or other circumstances where a refund or remedy is required by law.
